When should I attend Boot Camp?
We recommend attending at the start of the third trimester with your first baby when possible, but any time is a good time!
What if I want to attend an in-person workshop?
To see if in-person Boot Camp for New Dads is being offered at a location near you go to this page. For in-person Boot Camp for New Moms find locations near you here. Return to Work online workshop is only available online at this time.
How can I save on registration?
When you register for multiple workshops at once (clicking the add on buttons at the top of the registration page for Boot Camp for New Moms, Boot Camp for New Dads, or Return to Work) you’ll save $5 off each additional registration. This discount only applies when the workshops are in the same transaction.
How long are the workshops?
All of our online workshops are each 3 hours long.
Who can attend Boot Camp?
Boot Camps are available to parents-to-be anywhere in the US, just find a date and time that works for you.
What if I don’t get my book before the workshop?
Don’t worry! The Coach will have a PDF of pages that will be discussed during the workshop for you to follow along. Just ask in the chat when you sign into the Zoom workshop.
You should receive an email when the book is sent and when it is delivered. If you also ordered a Treasure Chest, it may come in a separate package and you will get separate tracking email.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes! If you want to give the online workshops as a gift you have several options available. Once purchased the gift certificates are instantly available to print out or email.
What format are the online workshops?
The Online Workshops are offered through Zoom. You can download the app here: Zoom.us.
Do I need a web camera to join?
No, you don’t have to have a web camera. You will need to join via a device (computer, laptop, phone app, tablet) but you you can join with audio only or that device’s camera.
Are refunds available?
Returns and refunds are not available. Because we send the Crash Course book(s) as soon as you register we are unable to offer refunds. We are always willing to reschedule you to another date though.
